Installation

Each installation is overseen by our own in-house Visual systems project managers who will be involved from the birth of the idea to the delivery and completion of the project. Our project managers are highly trained and professional and we only use our own in-house installation teams to ensure our clients receive a highly professional and efficient installation service.

The installation may range from a refurbishment of an existing audio visual system to a new fit out for the complete audio visual requirements through out a new office building, whether it’s a small or large scale project your assigned project manager will be there to guide you through each stage of the project.
They will work along side contractors from other fields such as construction and architecture to ensure that each aspect of the installation project is thoroughly looked after.

Because each installation is different, our in-house CAD designers will produce system drawings and user manuals for each new proposal or project, we also offer a training service for newly completed installations to ensure the end user is fully satisfied on the functionality of their equipment/system. Our in-house service division also offer after sales support, on-line and telephone technical support , tailor made service and maintenance contracts and a full in house/feild repair service.
