Repair & Service

Visual Systems has an in-house Technical department based at both our London and Bracknell branches. They are able to carry out repairs and services to all makes and models of Audio Visual Equipment. They are also on standby for call outs and technical telephone support. We offer Service and maintenance contracts to compliment the installations we have completed. Our engineers will maintain the equipment to keep it working at it's full potential. Routine servicing will be carried out throughout the year, and if you have any problems what so ever with any piece of equipment, our staff will be available for a on site consultation.

Visual Systems Service Plans

A SiteCAll Plan protects your system from faults occurring through normal use, ensures continued performance and productivity. We offer three ranges of Service Plan which are listed below for different sized installations.

Gold - Continuing Performance Plan - More

Silver - Preventive Maintenance Plan - More

Bronze - Assured Response Plan - More

 
 

During our preventative visit, we will inspect your system to diagnose equipment problems. We will also fine tune and adjust/realign your equipment to the manufacturer's specifications.

We will provide you with a written preventative maintenance report, review any deficiencies with you and arrange a recommended correction plan. Our preventative maintenance visit will help assure you that your system continues to work dependably, now and in the future.

Gold - Continuing Performance Plan

System is protected as if it were covered by manufacturers warranties
Enhance manufacturers warranties through prompt on-site service, training and unlimited telephone support
Assures rapid response within 8 business hours from time of call logged
Includes 4 preventative maintenance visits which will include cleaning, testing and realignment of all equipment as stated by the manufacturers specification
Covers all parts and labour needed to repair any equipment breakdown (excludes burned or damaged CRT's, CCD blocks, LCD Panels, control programming, magnetic record/playback heads)
Free loan replacement if any item of equipment fails (excludes AMX/Crestron Control equipment), if same model is not available then we will provide an equivalent unit which we can not guarantee will work with your control system if one is installed


*SiteCall's service engineers must evaluate and deem the system as being in good working order before the Gold Plan can be put into effect.

Silver - Preventive Maintenance Plan

Provide 3 visits a year for preventive maintenance which will cover any maintenance that Visual Systems deem necessary to keep the item of equipment in good working order
Perform on-site remedial maintenance to the equipment, including where necessary the replacement of worn or defective parts that occur through ware and tare
Any item taken away for repair will be replaced with an equivalent model subject to availability at half our normal hire rate, we can not guarantee that this loan unit will work with a control system if one is installed
Provides 2 emergency service calls (within 8 business hours response time plus 2 hours on-site time)
Assures rapid response within 12 business hours from time of call logged
All prices exclude burned or damaged CRT's , CCD Blocks, LCD Panels, control programming, magnetic record/playback heads etc.

Bronze - Assured Response Plan

Provides a site inspection and system check
Provides 1 emergency service call out (8 business hours response time with 2 hours on site)
Any item taken away for repair will be replaced with an equivalent model subject to availability at half our normal hire rate, we can not guarantee that this loan unit will work with a control system if one is installed
Assured response within 16 business hours from time of call logged
All prices exclude burned or damaged CRT's, CCD Blocks, LCD Panels, control programming, magnetic record/playback heads etc.
